
Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Cooper Complete Auto, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule your auto repair or body shop appointment. To ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our customers, we ask that you please review and adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other customers in need of service.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a $25 late cancellation fee to cover the time and resources set aside for your appointment.
- No-Show: If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance, we reserve the right to charge a $50 no-show fee. This fee is to cover the inconvenience of missed appointments and delays in service.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to accommodate you based on our availability. Please notify us as soon as possible to ensure the best possible time for your needs.
