3. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
When scheduling an appointment with us, we ask that you provide accurate information regarding your vehicle and the required service. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to comply with our Appointment Cancellation Policy, which requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid any applicable fees.
4. Payment & Fees
- Payment is due upon completion of services.
- We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
- If a payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge a late fee or take appropriate action to collect the outstanding balance.
- All fees for parts, labor, and services will be clearly communicated before work begins. Any changes to the price or additional services required will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer.
5. Warranty & Guarantees
- Parts and Labor Warranty: We offer warranties on certain parts and labor. The length and terms of the warranty will be specified in your service agreement.
- Warranty coverage is voided if the vehicle is misused, tampered with, or subjected to conditions outside of normal operation.
- We do not guarantee the outcome of repairs for vehicles with pre-existing, extensive damage or for issues that are beyond the scope of the work performed.
6. Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund or rework based on our Refund Policy. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of service, and only under certain conditions such as defective parts or errors in the repair process.
7. Customer Responsibility
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and any issues you’re experiencing. Failure to do so may impact the outcome of the services provided.
- Vehicle Pickup: You agree to pick up your vehicle within a reasonable time frame after work is completed. Any vehicles left on the premises for more than [number of days] without prior arrangement will incur storage fees.
- Liability: While we take great care in handling your vehicle, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft to your vehicle or its contents while in our possession, unless such damage is directly caused by our negligence or fault.

9. Limitation of Liability

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
